The government doesn't understand what affiliates do, nor do they care. I had to change only one of my affiliate sites. Amazon only gave a crappy % for sales with most products so they really aren't worth your time. We tried to fight this thing. I and many others sent out letters and emails all last month and about two dozen or more affiliates showed up at the vote to express their views.
